Chapters Transcript Accessing more options on Kangaroo OMNI™ Accessing more options of the Kangaroo Omni Enteral feeding pump from the set loaded screen, press more options on the more options screen, you can clear total volumes view history enable intermittent mode, turn on or off feed, complete audio, adjust audio volume and adjust brightness. Use the arrow keys to highlight the feature you want to activate, then press the select button to activate the highlighted feature. Clear total volume resets the feeding and flushing counters to zero. Adjust audio volume sets the desired volume level for all alarms and notifications. Please note the audio volume cannot be muted, adjust brightness, adjust the brightness of the display back, light feed, complete audio provides audible notification. When feeding is complete, it can be turned off to avoid waking patients during nighttime feedings. Intermittent mode delivers a fixed volume of nutrition to the patient. The Kangaroo Omni Enteral feeding pump can be configured to deliver a single feed or multiple feeds at fixed intervals. The pump is initially set to deliver in continuous mode. A feeding mode where the patient is fed continuously at a prescribed flow rate to learn how to enable intermittent mode.
